Insurance
Our guarantee is secure handling, packing, and transport, but it’s always best to be prepared. Protect your belongings with a comprehensive insurance policy and replacement coverage.
Housing
Coordinate living arrangements within your budget and according to your exact moving timeline. Get the right address for freight-forwarded goods.
Pack
Keep boxes, tape, wrapping, cleaning items, labels, and other moving supplies on-hand. Pack valuables and fragile items securely for damage-free transportation through the toughest conditions.
Travel arrangements
Book your flight well ahead of your moving date to secure tickets at the best rates early on. Check your passport and other IDs for early renewal, and avoid delays to your move. If you’re driving, make sure to schedule a complete maintenance check and repairs, and budget for gas.

Packing Tips
Maximum Protection Throughout the Move
Our professional movers will pack all your belongings for the big move. Our promise is a hands-free moving process, but we know there are some items you prefer to take care of yourself. Learn the basics of packing here, but don’t worry — we’ll still double-check and reinforce every box.
Pack smart
Declutter first to pack less. Not everything you own will survive the move, or fit your new home. Donate, discard, or store, and make unpacking easier.
Stock up on supplies
You can’t pack without the right boxes, tape, wrapping, and labels, so make sure to stock up ahead of time. Take note of specialized packing requirements to protect breakables.
Clean before packing
Make unpacking easier by limiting the number of things you need to clean, and settle in sooner.
Categorize
Take note of items part of a set, or going in the same room. Pack them in the same box, so you pack and unpack as you go through each room, and minimize heavy lifting.
Label
Unpacking shouldn’t be a guessing game, especially in between orientations, meetings, and other move-in tasks. Label all items and boxes to keep track of where everything is, and keep a back-up copy.
